This policy explains how TGM Horizon collects and uses information when people contact us about business automation, consulting, education, and related services, including through our SMS-enabled inquiry widget.

Information we collect

When you contact us voluntarily, we may collect your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, inquiry details, and communication preferences. When you opt in to SMS, our systems may also record your consent choice, timestamp, message history, and opt-out status. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information necessary to operate the site and service.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide requested service information, manage customer relationships, and send informational messages when permitted and consented to. We do not use SMS consent given for informational inquiries as consent for unrelated promotional marketing.

Mobile information and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your mobile information or SMS consent information. The communications systems used to deliver the service may process information on our behalf only as necessary to handle opted-in inquiries and messages.

If you choose to receive texts from TGM Horizon, message frequency varies based on your requests and our responses. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for support. You can also contact tgmhorizon@dylangetsai.com. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Service providers

We may use service providers such as website hosting, customer relationship management, and telecommunications platforms to process information for our business. These providers may receive information needed to deliver the requested service, subject to their applicable terms, and are not authorized to use your mobile information for unrelated marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill service requests, operate our business, meet legal obligations, and maintain consent and opt-out records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic communication system is entirely risk-free. Avoid sending sensitive credentials or confidential financial or medical information through an inquiry.

Your choices

You can decline SMS consent and still contact us by email. You may ask us to review or update your information or request deletion where applicable by emailing tgmhorizon@dylangetsai.com. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-out requests or meet legal obligations.
